This is for those who don't have Facebook. I'm beginning to love Facebook and all the fun catching up with old friends and family members. Anyways, my cousin posted some questions yesterday, on Facebook, that you could ask your children to answer about their "moms." The answers her kids gave were hilarious and made my day, so I decided to ask my girls the same questions to see what they were say. I didn't think their answers would be as funny as my cousin's kids who are younger, but it was worth a shot. Below are the questions with Lauren and Emily's answers:

So, as you can see, according to Lauren all I do is sleep and read:) I was afraid she was going to throw me harder under the bus, but she wasn't too negative towards me. Being the main parent and disciplinarian, she and I tend to butt head very often. Anyways, I hope you enjoy a few laughs, at my expense:)

The one that made me LOL was Emily saying the thing you like about Dad was "his big belly." Oh for real! Too funny. Thanks for sharing.

Interesting that they both thought of you as a "yellow" cartoon character. Do you think that's significant?

Boy Amy, that was great!
You must eat a lot of corn that makes you a yellow character. You read a lot that's how you got your teaching job. Your honest, I better stop there or I'll have to comment on the exercising and the Big Belly!!

That was fun to read.

Dawn, Patty, and Jill -

I don't know where to start! Emily cracked me up with the belly thing, I called Dennis right away in Kentucky to tell him! He couldn't stop laughing. I'm sure in the back of his mind, he was thinking about all the harassement directed towards his belly from me:)

Guess what - yellow is my favorite color, for real! Maybe they channeled that?

The whole corn thing is funny because when I make a vegetable for supper, I normally make corn for Emily and I and then peas for Dennis and Lauren:) The fact that she pulled that out of nowhere, though is what is funny!

In my own defense, I read and sleep to get away from my crazy kids and husband:)
